General Telehealth Model

  • You will begin by completing an emailed intake form that includes your medical history, symptoms, and current concerns. This allows your doctor to review everything in advance of your consultation. Your information is always protected and stored in our HIPAA-compliant system.

    Next, you will meet with Dr. Starke for a virtual consultation to discuss your health goals and any issues you are experiencing.

    After this visit, we order the appropriate labs for you. You can complete these at a local lab or through a home testing kit we send directly to you.

  • Yes. You will meet with Dr. Starke, a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive clinical experience who now specializes in anti-aging and functional medicine through advanced training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

  • We are primarily telehealth for convenience and access, but we can refer you to a partner clinic or hybrid model if in-office visits are required for certain diagnostics or treatments.

  • Many of our services are considered elective, wellness, or advanced optimization rather than standard insurance-covered care. Some labs may be covered. Peptide therapies and longevity optimization are typically cash-pay. We provide detailed invoices that can be submitted to your insurer or HSA/FSA for possible reimbursement.

  • It depends on your program. Most clients have follow-up reviews every three months for labs and plan updates, with monthly check-ins as needed for monitoring, dosage adjustments, or new goals.

  • No. Every program is customized. Your labs, hormone doses, peptide combinations, and wellness roadmap are all individualized to your biology, lifestyle, and goals.

  • Yes. Our Perimenopause and Menopause Optimization program provides a thorough evaluation of your hormone levels, symptoms, and lifestyle factors. From there, we create a personalized, evidence-based plan designed to restore balance and vitality.

  • Depending on your needs, we may use oral tablets, patches, creams, gels, injections, or compounded formulations. The delivery method is chosen based on your lab values, goals, and comfort.

  • Results vary depending on the peptide and your health goals. Some notice improved sleep, energy, or mood within weeks, while fat-loss and muscle or metabolic changes may take several months.

  • Generally no, as it is considered wellness or performance-based medicine. We can provide documentation for HSA or FSA reimbursement if applicable.

  • Peptide therapy supports your body’s natural processes, so results are steady and biologically driven rather than dramatic or overnight. Many clients notice improvements in sleep, energy, mood, recovery, and body composition over time. The specific benefits depend on the peptides selected and your individual health goals. Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust your protocol to ensure safe, effective, and sustainable results.

  • We strongly advise against it. Many online sources are unregulated or counterfeit. Proper medical supervision ensures safety, correct dosing, and proven quality.

Gut Health,Lab Screening, & Biological Age Testing

  • Many issues such as inflammation, fatigue, bloating, or weight changes begin in the gut or with nutrient imbalances. Comprehensive lab panels identify the root cause so we can rebuild gut integrity and optimize metabolism.

  • Biological age testing measures how fast your cells and metabolism are aging compared to your actual age. 

    It includes DNA methylation, metabolic rate, and cellular function testing to create a personalized longevity roadmap.

  • Yes. You will receive your results in a secure portal and review them with your provider, who will explain the findings in clear, easy-to-understand terms.

  • Typically once or twice per year, depending on your goals and program. Some clients repeat certain hormone or metabolic labs every three to six months.

  • Most people can benefit, but we may postpone or modify testing if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing an acute medical condition.  We suggest starting with a consultation so the doctor can make this determination.

Cost, Getting Started, & Logistics

  • Getting started begins with a comprehensive physician consultation. First, you will complete detailed intake forms and upload relevant prior records, including medical history, medications, supplements, prior labs, imaging, and diagnostics. Before the visit, Dr. Starke reviews this information so the consultation can be focused, efficient, and individualized.

  • The initial physician consultation is $500. This includes Dr. Starke’s review of your intake forms, past medical history, medications, prior labs, imaging, diagnostics, and goals before the visit, as well as up to 60 minutes of consultation time. Ongoing memberships begin at $500/month. Labs, imaging, medications, supplements, procedures, devices, and outside specialist services are billed separately unless specifically stated.

  • Mosaic Health & Longevity does not offer free medical consultations. Medical advice, lab interpretation, treatment planning, prescriptions, hormone therapy, peptide protocols, GLP-1 management, and supplement recommendations require a formal physician consultation.

  • Some improvements such as energy, sleep, or mood can appear within a few weeks. Deeper changes like body composition or cellular health may take several months.

  • Yes. You can pause, modify, or discontinue your program at any time under provider guidance. We design programs that are flexible and safe for long-term success.

  • Possibly. “Normal” ranges do not always equal “optimal.” We consider your symptoms, goals, and trends over time rather than relying on single lab cutoffs.
